From spas to bookstores, there are a lot of new merchants to check out in the Greater Hilton business corridor!
Now onto new business introductions…
This location is an extension of Tenisha Stone’s already thriving business,Salon Blu, located in Hampton. In Good Spirits Wellness Spa focuses on total wellness, from the inside out. Services include calming massage, restorative yoga, empowering class work and putting the finishing touches on your outside appearance with brow work and waxing. You can find this beautiful oasis in the 97 Main Building on Main Street.
The Village Knittery is the southern peninsula’s local yarn shop. The shop is located in the previous Village Stitchery spot in the 97 Main Building on Main Street. Knitting and crocheting experienced a rebirth during the pandemic. Liz, an avid knitter, wanted to bring in the very best products to our area. This store had it’s grand re-opening under the new ownership of Tikesha, re-en envisioned the place with new book shelves and nooks to chill in. There is a coffee shop in the back with delicious drinks and Paperbacks Ink has great workshops and classes throughout the month. Stay tuned to their social media for more details about book signings, classes and such.
New Age Apparel
Derrick opened up New Age Apparel in April of 2023. This hip, urban storefront features shoes, fashion, and accessories.
Papa Joes opened their second Peninsula location in Greater Hilton on 4/20! The knowledgeable management team and showroom associates make this an inviting smoke shop, and a safe place to ask first-time questions. The smoke shop offers CBD and tobacco products, glass and metal pipes and smoking devices, and incense. They are steadily adding to their cigar selection in their walk-in humidor. Papa Joe’s is open Monday - Saturday 9 am - 9 pm and Sunday 11 am -7pm .
Village Thrift opened up their second location in the Warwick Village Shopping Center previously occupied by Tuesday Morning. Village Thrift gets in great shipments from Amazon and TJMaxx overflow items and estate sales.
